Neoscape uses V-Ray to win 3D Awards

This August at SIGGRAPH, CGarchitect.com held its 2nd Annual Architectural 3D Awards Competition Ceremony where Neoscape was awarded first place for both Best Still Imagery and Best Animation Categories. Over 500 entries were judged by a panel of five top artists from around the globe. President and founder of CGarchitect.com, Jeff Mottle, had this to say,

"The entries this year were some of the best I’ve seen and there was some really tough competition, but Neoscape delivered the goods and walked away with both honors this year." - Jeff Mottle

Neoscape has been on the forefront of the art and sceince of photo-realistic 3D animation and inspiring artists since 1995. Creating amazing works for such big names as Crate & Barrel and the Discovery Channel, Neoscape continues to push the bounds of 3D art and animation. Director of Architectural Visualization, Lon Grohs, had this to say about the company,

"Neoscape is something like an artist commune. It's not that we're all digital artists, but we are all artists in some fashion. And the camaraderie between the individuals and the passions of the individuals play to that effect."
- Lon Grohs, Director of Architectural Visualization - Neoscape

When creating their images, Neoscape took advantage of a popular new renderer: V-Ray. V-Ray has become the renderer of choice in big production studios across the world. Feature film productions, multi-million dollar game productions, large and small architectural visualizations have trusted their visuals to V-Ray.
