What are VM Points?

The VM points program is designed to reward our customers for choosing us as their online source for design visualization solutions. With each purchase you will acquire points in a similar manner to many frequent flyer programs. Points can be used as credit towards future purchases and can be used at any time after the purchase.

How many points do I earn with each product?

The number of points earned with each product purchase is dependant upon the value of the product itself. On every product page next to the "add to cart" button you will find the number of points you will earn for purchasing that product.

How many points do I need to purchase a product?

The number of points required to purchase a product is dependant upon the value of the product itself. In the features section of every product, you will find the number of points required to purchase that product.

How do I know how many points I have accumulated?

Once logged into a VisMasters site, you will be able to access your total points by going to the "my account" link in the top site menu and then entering the "Points" section on the right menu bar.

What are store specific points?

VisMasters is partnered with many online communities. When you purchase from a specific community your points can only be used at that community for future purchases.

What if I do not have enough points to purchase a product?

If you have not accumulated enough points to purchase a product entirely, you can still use your points. During the checkout process, you will be asked to enter in the number of points you wish to use for that purchase and the cart total will update to reflect the value left to purchase.

How do I redeem my points?

During the checkout process you will be asked to enter in the number of points you wish to use for that order. You can use all of your points or only some of them. The total remaining to be paid will automatically update as you update the number of points you wish to redeem.

VisMasters VM Points are offered at the discretion of VisMasters. VisMasters and its host partners have the right to change, limit, modify or cancel Program Rules, regulations, VM Points and VM Point levels at any time, with or without notice, even though such changes may affect the value of VM Points already accumulated, the ability to use accumulated VM Points, or the ability to obtain VM Points rewards from the VM Points. VisMasters and its host partners may, among other things: a) increase or decrease the number of VM Points received or required for a VM Points reward; b) withdraw, limit, modify or cancel a VM Points reward; c) add blackout dates, limit product availability for any VM Points reward or otherwise restrict the continued availability of VM Points rewards; d) change Program benefits, host partners, product availability, conditions of participation, rules for earning, redeeming, retaining or forfeiting VM Points, or rules governing the use of VM Points rewards; e) change or cancel its VM Points rewards. The accumulation of VM Points does not entitle members to any vested rights with respect to VM Points, VM Points rewards or Program benefits. In accumulating VM Points, members may not rely upon the continued availability of any reward or reward level.
